Usually appears in close quarters combat, worst possible time for it. It seems to be related to the amount of activity on the screen at the time. Caused, most definately, by L3. However, I read a post that stated it was happening to KB/M users too...

Always L3. Makes clone jump, crouch, reload, deployment window, or a combo of 2 or more. Just the other day i got jump, reload & menu all at once. SWEEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
